If you cut back on your calories and start burning  more  of your intake calories, then its the way to go to burn unwanted fat .High calorie intake and absence of exercise are the critical pirates in weight gain. So you will want to get both of those things under control if you want to lose weight. You have to make each one a daily "bread" of your life and you have to activate self-control when a craving for unhealthy foods comes.Motivate yourself when you do not feel like exercising because it is your health you are strengthening up.

Avoid eating junk food, fast food, and other foods with  high percentage of cholesterol on a daily basis. Be creative in your diet and replace some of those items with healthy alternatives.
